This website serves the Homeowners Association which is comprised of 52 homeowners, and we are located eight miles west of Spokane, Washington. Our homes border the Plains Golf Course (formerly known as the Fairways). Our location on the plateau of the West Plains ensures spectacular sunset views while providing a high quality of life set within a rural country lifestyle.
