The members of this committee are appointed by the board for the purpose of approving any additions/changes to architectural plans and/or landscaping plans on any lot within The View at Fairways. The Architectural Committee (with Board Approval) sets the fencing standards for The View at Fairways Development, and the fencing standards can be viewed here.
